Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes using ATM (Automated Teller Machine) systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy new products or services that meet customer needs.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior, which can inform product development decisions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product usage and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 8-15 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ATM systems and their applications in banking industries.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex data sets using various tools such as SQL or Excel.
