About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at JRD Systems. Qualifications

Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as experience with DevOps practices and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, will be advantageous. Strong proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, and Azure DevOps is essential. Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst at JRD Systems, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocations to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including development, QA, DevOps, product owners, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Monitoring project progress through dashboards, reports, and executive updates, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Managing project change requests, conducting impact analyses, and securing necessary approvals to accommodate evolving project needs.
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements via BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to elicit detailed requirements and current-state analyses.
- Ensuring complete requirement traceability and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business expectations.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Tracking sprint progress, identifying impediments, and enabling the team to deliver value consistently and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and executive leadership.
- Effectively communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across all levels of the organization.
