Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) with 1+ years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients and the technical team by understanding business requirements, preparing project documentation, and supporting the sales team during the pre-sales process. The candidate should possess excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services or software development company.
• Hands-on experience in Pre-Sales Business Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in requirement elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories).
• Knowledge of wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Draw.io, or Visio.
• Understanding of web, mobile application, software solutions.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to understand client requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with domestic and international clients.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into detailed functional specifications.
• Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), BRD, FRD, user stories, wireframes, workflows, and use cases.
• Estimate project scope, timelines, and effort in coordination with the technical team.
• Prepare proposals, project documentation, and presentations for client discussions.
• Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, Development, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Assist in preparing project estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Support project handover from the pre-sales phase to the delivery team.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital transformation solutions.Role & responsibilities
