Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for fintech products, including BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
• Develop user stories, wireframes, and UAT plans to ensure effective communication of product features and functionality.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to inform product development decisions.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project progress.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the FinTech/Payments industry.
• Strong understanding of finance concepts and ability to apply them to financial technology solutions.
• Proficiency in creating detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, wireframes, and UAT plans.
