As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and how it aligns with technological components. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning future improvements or solutions that enhance business performance. Gathering and synthesizing relevant information from various sources is a key part of the daily routine, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning to support organizational growth and efficiency.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.

Document and communicate business requirements clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.

Support the development and implementation of process improvements based on analysis findings.

Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.

Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business units and technical teams.

Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

Experience in mapping current state processes and designing future state solutions.

Familiarity with tools and techniques for business process modeling and documentation.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
