Business Analyst

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Business Analysis and Requirements:

• Analyse and document business requirements and Change Requests (CRs) for ACE enhancements and defect fixes.
• Support clarification of scope, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with senior BAs and the Product Owner on requirement refinement and prioritisation.

Testing and UAT Support:

• Support preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate test case execution with Business Units and IT teams.
• Track defects, retesting, and resolution status.
• Contribute to UAT documentation and sign-off inputs.

Stakeholder Interaction:

• Act as a day-to-day functional contact for assigned Business Units or functional areas.
• Support BU queries related to ACE functionality, testing, and usage.
• Work closely with IT delivery teams to clarify functional expectations.

Documentation and Controls:

• Maintain accurate functional documentation, BRDs, and requirement artefacts.
• Support preparation of ACE control and governance documentation.
• Ensure traceability between requirements, testing, and delivered changes.

Continuous Improvement and AI-Aware Analysis:

• Identify opportunities for simplifying processes, improving clarity, and reducing rework.
• Use AI-enabled tools to support analysis, documentation, and defect triage where appropriate.
• Apply critical judgement when using AI outputs.
