The role demands a thoughtful approach to designing effective business processes that support organizational goals and technology integration. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document and communicate business processes and workflows clearly to stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of business solutions by providing detailed analysis.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to document complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable plans.
• Experience with process modeling and business process reengineering techniques.
• Skilled in gathering, synthesizing, and presenting information to support decision-making. Additional Information:

• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
