Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the organization s processes are optimized and well-integrated with technology. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process inefficiencies and recommending actionable solutions.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions that meet business needs. Additional Information:
