Must Have:
Minimum of 4+ years of hands on experience performing the following tasks in Workday:
. Core HCM Business Process, Security configurations
. Executing EIB loads (simple to complex)
. Managing Workday Hierarchies creating/updating supervisory orgs, cost centers, locations custom orgs
. Inbox ticket management experience (JIRA, ServiceNow)
. Creating and managing Stories/tasks in JIRA
. Monitoring of upstream/downstream integrations
. Development of Custom and Standard reports within Workday
Nice to have:
. Workday certifications (e.g. HCM, Comp, Security)
. Stakeholder management experience (IT / HR business owners)
. Experience working in Agile Pods
