Business Analyst with Procurement - Immediate joiner only & F2F interview is Mandatory

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• S2P / Procurement Business Analysis experience (7+ years) across enterprise procurement

transformation programs

• Strong functional expertise in Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or Procure-toPay (P2P) processes

• Hands-on implementation experience with procurement platforms such as GEP SMART, SAP

Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or Zycus

• Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and authoring functional

specifications

• Strong experience creating source-to-target mappings and supporting data migration activities

• Hands-on SQL experience for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting

• Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, defect triage, and business

validation

• Strong stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation skills

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

• Strong functional implementation experience with GEP SMART (highly preferred)

• Exposure to Collibra, data governance, metadata management, and data catalog concepts

• Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain experience

• Experience working on global procurement transformation and operating model programs

• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, procurement master data, and data migration

frameworks

• Exposure to reporting and analytics platforms supporting procurement operation
