Business Analyst – Level 2 to support financial statement spreading and portfolio management activities. The role involves analyzing financial statements, performing financial spreading, maintaining financial data, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements, and financial disclosures.
• Perform Financial Statement Spreading using IRP templates.
• Review and validate financial spreads completed by team members.
• Create companies in iPortal/iDesk and maintain FMS data.
• Collaborate with Investment Officers and business stakeholders.
• Document working papers and follow IFC guidelines.
• Mentor junior analysts and support knowledge sharing.
• Work in rotational shifts to support global operations. Required Skills

• Ratio & Covenant Analysis
• Audit Report Interpretation
• Strong Accounting Knowledge
• Microsoft Excel
• Excellent Communication Skills Experience
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Analysis/Financial Statement Spreading.
• Experience with financial spreading tools such as: + Moody's FACT/CreditLens + Actico + Baker Hill + CRISIL + Similar platforms Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of IFC financial systems (IRP, FMS, iPortal, iDesk)
• IFRS Certification
