About this role
Job DescriptionA day in the life of an Infoscion
As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines
Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.

Roles & ResponsibilitiesProfessionals with an experience range of 5 to 12 years working as a Business Analyst in one or more of the following Capital Markets domain areas.
Asset Gathering, Portfolio Modelling, Portfolio Management, Asset Allocation Strategies, Trade Order Management, Order Execution, Exchange Connectivity
Transaction Management, Risk Administration, Data Management, Cash Administration, Corporate Actions Processing, Portfolio Recordkeeping
Portfolio Accounting, Reconciliation Processing, Client Reporting and Fee Billing
General Ledger and Accounting, Market Data and NAV Calculations, Trade Settlements, Tax Reporting, Regulatory Reporting
Client Relationship Management, Client Prospecting, KYC process, Anti Money Laundering, Compliance Monitoring,
Advisory Services, Robo Advisory, Performance Attribution, Performance Measurement, Structured Products, Managed Accounts
Work experience with SQL is mandatory and must be comfortable with data analysis.
Must have worked in Agile projects
Technical RequirementTasks will include but not limited to -
Engage stakeholders & identify scope / inventory of systems and processes impacted
Verify and Publish inventory, systems, data flows, process flows.
Document, maintain and communicate key discussions, decisions, milestones and RAID log
Develop & maintain SDLC documents like Project Charter, Project Plan, BRD, FRD, Project Plan, Test Plan, Test Results, UAT Approvals, and Lessons Learned
Develop & maintain relevant documents in Agile like Scope Document, Iteration Feature List, Technology Regression Test Results
Delivering material/presentations to Senior Management, internal and external clients
Communicate with colleagues to understand the needs of departments
Working with stakeholders at all levels as defined by the individual project
Key Stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
Working with users, business analysts, and developers to understand user and system requirements
Explain requirements to various Applications Owners and engage in cross functional reviews
Assisting with integration and acceptance testing
Assisting the QA team in generating scenarios for effective and thorough testing
Providing support during and post implementation
Additional ResponsibilityAbility to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability
Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions
One or two industry domain knowledge
