Business Analyst - US Healthcare

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with strong experience in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare payer processes, business requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and functional documentation. Exposure to GCP migration initiatives and Salesforce-based business processes is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze and support Healthcare Payer processes including Claims, Member, Provider, Enrollment, and Clinical data workflows.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, and use cases.
• Support cloud modernization and GCP migration initiatives by identifying business impacts and requirements.
• Work closely with Salesforce teams to support process improvements, integrations, and business transformations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, UAT planning, and defect triage activities.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the US Healthcare domain.
• Good understanding of Healthcare Payer operations, including Claims, Providers, Enrollment, Clinical, and Member data.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) migration or cloud transformation projects.
• Good understanding of Salesforce platform and associated business processes.
• Exposure to Healthcare regulations, data governance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with healthcare applications, reporting, and data analysis.
