Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Telecom domain expertise to bridge business needs and technology solutions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyse requirements, optimize telecom processes, and support delivery of BSS and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Business & Requirements Analysis
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand telecom business processes across OSS/BSS, Customer Operations, Billing, and Revenue Assurance etc.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support impact analysis for new services, regulatory changes, or system upgrades.
