Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Secondary Skills:

Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
Basic understanding of identity management systems is advantageous.
Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.

Job Profile

Gather and analyze project requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Develop clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
Prepare user manuals, API reference guides, integration documentation, and compliance checklists.
Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure proper documentation coverage.
Support training programs and knowledge transfer documentation.
