About this role
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Banking Consultant / Lead Business Analyst to drive large-scale digital transformation initiatives for a premier banking program in Mumbai. This role will lead the end-to-end design, enhancement, and operationalization of assisted and DIY digital onboarding journeys, with a primary focus on Corporate Salary Accounts and liability products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end requirement engineering, journey mapping, and implementation for assisted and DIY digital corporate salary account onboarding.
- Define frictionless digital onboarding funnels, screen flows, exceptions handling, and omni-channel customer experiences.
- Author comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Business Heads, Product Owners, Technology Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and External Integration Partners.
- Manage delivery roadmaps, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), review test cases, track defect resolution, and supervise operational go-live readiness.
- Embed automated cross-sell journeys within onboarding workflows (credit cards, asset products, overdrafts).
- Monitor post-launch onboarding KPIs, funnel drop-off metrics, and operational throughput to recommend continuous journey improvements.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Digital Banking, FinTech Consulting, Business Analysis, or Product Management.
- Deep functional and regulatory knowledge of CASA, Corporate Salary Accounts, Liabilities, KYC, CKYC, and V-CIP mandates.
- Demonstrated track record delivering complex banking digital channel transformation programs.
- Working comprehension of Open Banking APIs, enterprise CRM systems, BPM/workflow orchestration engines, and digital identity platforms.
- Exceptional multi-stakeholder management, consensus-building, and communication skills.
Education & Preferred Credentials:
- Full-time Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Finance; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Professional certifications in Agile/Scrum (CSPO, PSPO), Business Analysis (CBAP), or Project Management (PMP) are a strong advantage.
