- Data Mapping: Define input/output data dictionaries, data validation rules, and integration pipelines between upstream policy/portfolio systems and downstream reporting platforms.
- Testing: Design functional test cases, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside business users, and perform model validation testing.
- Change Management: Analyze impact assessments for regulatory updates or internal methodology changes, supporting incident analysis for core batch calculation runs.
Qualifications & Competencies

- Domain Expertise: Strong functional grasp of Economic Capital, Solvency II, Asset & Liability Management, or Financial Risk.
- Analytical Tools: Advanced data manipulation skills (SQL, intermediate Excel/Python for data validation).
- Agile/Delivery Frameworks: Proven track record working in Scrum/SAFe environments managing backlogs and sprint ceremonies.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate complex financial/actuarial concepts to technical engineering teams. Experience working directly with European clients will be an added advantage.
