To qualify for this role
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration
• As a Business Analyst, 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
