Location: PAN India - Remote
Job Description:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise platforms with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Agile/SAFe, requirements gathering, user stories, backlog management, and functional solutioning.
- Experience in API/system integrations, Informatica Cloud/ETL, data validation, UAT, defect management, release support, and reporting. Pharma/Life Sciences and tendering, contracting, pricing, or bid management domain experience is preferred.
- Responsible for stakeholder management, requirement workshops, functional documentation, platform optimization, UAT, training/onboarding, data quality, and driving continuous improvements for global Tenders & Contracts platforms.
