Job Description

Business Analyst Job Description:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements.

2. Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business needs.

3. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide meaningful insights.

4. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support decision-making.

5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

6. Document current and future state business processes.

7. Use tools such as flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate process workflows.

8. Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.

9. Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

10. Ensure that proposed solutions align with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Understanding of business processes and information systems.

4. Familiarity with project management methodologies.

5. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.

6. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

7. Experience in using change management and version management tools (jira/github)

8. You have a natural analytical way of thinking and able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

9. You have some experience with data analytics and BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau

10. Knowledge of Google analytics, Microsoft excel.

11. Knowledge of Documentation, SRS, research, analytical, wireframing, requirement gathering, Jira.

12. Proven working experience as a Business Analyst Minimum of 5 years.

13. Bachelors degree / (MBA preferred).
