About this role
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Process Mining to identify automation opportunities, analyze business processes, and drive process optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RPA technologies and exposure to process mining tools such as Celonis, Microsoft Power Platform Process Mining, UiPath Process Mining, or other similar platforms .
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, developers, and technical teams to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, define automation requirements, and support the delivery of automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and document As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Use process mining tools to analyze workflows, process variations, and performance.
- Work with business stakeholders, RPA developers, and technical teams to define automation requirements.
- Prepare process documentation, business requirements, and functional specifications.
- Support solution testing, UAT, and post-implementation improvements.
Required Skills
- Experience as a Business Analyst in RPA or process automation projects.
- Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience with at least one Process Mining tool: Celonis, Microsoft Power Platform Process Mining, UiPath Process Mining, or equivalent .
- Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, BPMN, or process optimization methodologies.
- Exposure to intelligent automation or AI-driven automation.
Note: Candidates must have experience in both RPA and Process Mining. RPA experience alone is not sufficient
