Key Responsibilities for Business Analysts

Professionals

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Support solution design by translating business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Coordinate with development and quality assurance teams during the software development lifecycle.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility assessments for proposed business solutions.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system functionality against business requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure business objectives are achieved within defined timelines.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, business processes, and project governance.
• Support change management activities and assist users during solution implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending innovative business solutions and best practices.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–20 years of relevant experience (varies by country).
• English communication skills.
