We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Sales Business Analyst to support the growth and optimization of the Digital eCommerce Platforms. The role will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable digital solutions, analyzing customer behavior and platform performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and partnering with business, technology, UX, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional digital customer experience.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with eCommerce domain expertise and a passion for digital transformation.

Business Analysis & Requirement Management

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for Digital eCommerce initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops with sales, marketing, customer service, supply chain, and IT stakeholders.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product roadmap execution.

eCommerce Platform Optimization

• Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor website performance, checkout flows, product discovery, search experience, and order management processes.
• Recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Support implementation of new features, integrations, and platform upgrades.

Data Analytics & Insights

• Develop dashboards and reports to track key eCommerce KPIs.
• Analyze traffic, conversion rates, basket size, customer behavior, and sales trends.
• Generate actionable insights to improve adoption and digital sales performance.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on business and platform issues.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, developers, QA teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure alignment between commercial goals and digital solution delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Support UAT planning and execution.
• Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
• Document defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive adoption of best practices for digital product releases.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor emerging digital commerce trends and best practices.
• Identify automation opportunities across customer and business processes.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across sales and customer engagement functions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Analyst, eCommerce Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce
• Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or similar.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and eCommerce business processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
