Business Analyst || Pune/Bangalore || Private Equity || Capital Market

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in the capital markets industry.
• Develop process maps to visualize complex processes and improve understanding among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that meet business needs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Provide UAT support during testing phases of new systems or changes, ensuring successful implementation.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity industries.
• Strong skills in BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document) creation and maintenance.
• Experience with gap analysis, process mapping, and UAT support is essential.
