Business Analyst/Project Manager - Oil & Gas

Role & responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from Oil & Gas stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical/IT teams.
• Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements/digital solutions.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, UAT, and stakeholder reviews.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
