Business Analyst- Product & Strategy

We are looking for a recent Master's graduate with a sharp analytical mind and a genuine interest in AI products to join us as a Business Analyst, working remotely from India. You will become the bridge between the CEO's vision and the teams who build and deliver it. You will work directly with the CEO, develop a deep understanding of the company's portfolio and product strategy, and turn ideas, market insight and customer needs into clear, well-structured requirements and user stories that engineering, design and delivery teams can execute with confidence. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role and a rare chance to learn product and strategy directly from a founder. You will be trained and mentored, and over time you will become equally comfortable in a strategy conversation and in a backlog refinement session. You will help shape what we build, why we build it, and how it fits together across products and markets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Build and maintain a thorough understanding of every Intellikon product and service line, how they relate to each other, and where they create value for customers.

• Maintain a living portfolio map covering product capabilities, target segments, roadmap status, dependencies and shared platform components (for example, multilingual services, AI governance and integrations).
• Identify cross-sell opportunities, overlaps and gaps across the portfolio and bring them to the CEO with a clear recommendation.

• Working directly with the CEO

• Act as the CEO's right hand on product and strategy: capture ideas, challenge assumptions, and structure them into options, priorities and decisions.

• Translate strategic direction into product themes, epics, roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

• Prepare concise briefs, decision papers, feature specifications and portfolio updates that support fast, informed decision-making.

• Keep track of decisions and commitments, and make sure they are reflected in the backlog and communicated to the right teams.

Candidate Requirements

A Master's degree (completed or due in the current academic year) in Business Analytics, MBA (Systems, IT, Operations or Strategy), Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; internships, live projects or 02 years' experience in business analysis, product or consulting will be an advantage.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and the basics of writing user stories and acceptance criteria, through coursework, projects or internships.

• Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills: able to take a loosely defined idea and turn it into a buildable, testable specification.

• Ability to work independently in a remote set-up, manage your own time and communicate proactively with a distributed team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenting to executives, customers and engineers.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion or Trello and diagramming tools (Miro, Lucid, draw.io), or the ability to pick them up quickly.
• Genuine interest in AI/LLM-based products and a basic understanding of APIs, integrations and data flows (you do not need to be an engineer, but you should be keen to speak the language).

• Willingness to work with a few hours' daily overlap with UK business hours.
