Business Analyst Customer Success (AI & Data Quality)

Were hiring a Business Analyst to support our Customer Success team by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness of AI-extracted data before it reaches customers. This role is ideal for someone who naturally spots anomalies, asks why, and takes ownership of issues without waiting to be told.

Youll act as the first line of defense for data quality, proactively investigating inconsistencies and validating AI outputs so our customers receive insights they can trust.

What You’ll Do

• Validate and review AI-extracted data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Proactively identify anomalies, mismatches, and data inconsistencies—and investigate root causes
• Apply judgment to entity recognition and classification (e.g., knowing when similar company names represent different entities)
• Troubleshoot data issues independently before escalating with clear context and recommendations
• Prepare clean, customer-ready data handoffs for Customer Success Leads
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering to improve data quality over time

Skills & Experience

• Experience analyzing structured or semi-structured data
• Ability to spot anomalies and question automated or AI-generated outputs
• Comfort with spreadsheets, analytics tools, or BI platforms (SQL a plus, not required)
• Background in Customer Success, analytics, operations, SaaS, or data quality is a plus
