Business Analyst/PMO with solution design capabilities to support the EMI Card Unit. The role involves coordinating, requirement discussions and documentation with stakeholders, solution design & discussion, maintaining documentation, and assisting in planning and tracking initiatives across agile and hybrid delivery models. You will act as a central point of contact for project status, reporting, and compliance across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
•Requirement discussion and documentation with stakeholders
•Solution design & its documentation
•Support the end-to-end project lifecycle in coordination with Dev, QA, Support, and product teams.
•Assist in project planning, sprint tracking, and milestone monitoring using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.
•Maintain project documentation including charters, timelines and performance metrics.
•Generate weekly/monthly dashboards and MIS reports for senior technology and business stakeholders.
•Collaborate with Product Owners, and Dev Teams for timely updates and delivery health tracking.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

a)Qualifications
Bachelor's / masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Knowledge of Finance domain.

b)Work Experience
3-4 years of experience in a PMO role within a technology or IT organization.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), STLC, Agile, and Scrum practices.
Hands-on experience with project management tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
