Title: Business Analyst \/PMO – Trading & Market Data 📍Location : Remote

🗓Duration : 6 months ⏰ Notice Period: Immediate joiner or up to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Business, Technology, and Vendors to facilitate smooth communication and execution.
• Attend stakeholder meetings, actively participate, and capture detailed business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and technical requirements.
• Ensure effective coordination and follow-ups across all teams to drive project deliverables.
• Support end-to-end change management, from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and status reports.
• Skilled in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking project progress.
• Skilled in PowerPoint for stakeholders and leadership reviews.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies, and proactively drive resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Trading and Market Data domains .
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in financial services or trading environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Microsoft PowerPoint (for executive reporting and presentations)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cross-functional and vendor-managed environments.
• Familiarity with market data platforms, trading systems, or financial instruments.
• Candidates based in Bangalore will have an added advantage.
