Roles Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
- Write customized, compelling proposals and cover letters for potential clients.
- Understand project requirements and communicate them effectively with the technical team.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and conduct regular client communication.
- Collaborate with the team to create strategies for business growth.
- Keep track of bidding activity, lead conversion rates, and daily reporting.
