Business Analyst - Loan / Lending

Responsibilities

• :Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for lending and banking applications
• .Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, business processes, and system enhancements
• .Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
• .Support UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities
• .Conduct business process analysis and recommend operational improvements
• .Ensure solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and banking standards
• .Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and stakeholder meetings

• n:MBA from a recognised institut
• e.4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking and Financial Services domai
• n.Strong experience in Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, Lending Operations, Credit Risk, and Retail/Commercial Banking processe
• s.Hands-on experience working with leading banks or similar global banking institution
• s.Expertise in gathering business requirements, preparing BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specification
• s.Strong understanding of end-to-end loan lifecycle, underwriting, credit assessment, compliance, and regulatory requirement
• s.Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologie
• s.Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, testing teams, and senior managemen
• t.Proficient in data analysis, gap analysis, impact assessment, and process improvement initiative
• s.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skill s.
