Business Analyst - Liquidity

We are seeking a functional Business Analyst - Liquidity to support regional migrations from legacy platforms (PCC) to modern Liquidity Management Systems (LMS). This role bridges treasury/liquidity business requirements with technical delivery teams, driving specification, impact analysis, and end-to-end testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while ensuring delivery traceability.
• Support regional business units through platform migrations from PCC to LMS.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and clearly articulate business needs into process, data, and interface impact models for engineering teams.
• Lead testing and implementation workstreams: manage UAT coordination, defect triage, and operational readiness to ensure smooth platform rollouts.

Key Requirements:

• Proven functional BA experience in Corporate/Wholesale Banking with focused exposure to Liquidity Management or Cash Management.
• Hands-on experience with liquidity systems, particularly platform migrations (e.g., PCC to LMS).
• Proven competence in agile user story writing, interface/data mapping, and UAT defect management.
