Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and data requirements through stakeholder workshops and discussions.
• Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis between business requirements and MDR product capabilities, identifying solution gaps, enhancement needs, risks, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain key business and functional deliverables, including Business Flow Documents (BFD), User Stories and Acceptance Criteria, Application User Manuals & Training Materials and User Guides
• Facilitate stakeholder reviews, obtain business feedback, and drive approval/sign-off of requirements and functional deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with development, configuration, integration, and technical teams to explain business requirements, clarify functional expectations, and resolve implementation-related queries.
• Engage with business stakeholders to address requirement ambiguities, evaluate solution options, and ensure alignment between business needs and proposed functionality.
• Validate implemented functionality against approved requirements and perform functional testing to ensure solution completeness and quality.
• Conduct application Demos and solution walkthroughs for business users, capture feedback, perform impact assessments, and support prioritization of enhancements and change requests.
• Support System Testing (SIT) and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities through requirement clarification, defect analysis, and business coordination.
• Review, analyze, prioritize, and support resolution of functional defects, ensuring traceability back to business requirements.
• Develop and deliver end-user training programs, update application user manuals, create training content, and support organizational adoption activities.
• Provide ongoing business support during UAT, PQ, deployment, and hyper care phases by addressing user questions and coordinating issue resolution with appropriate teams.
