About this role
Responsibilities
- Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
- Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
- Developing and maintaining databases, data systems reorganizing data in a readable format
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Setup robust automated dashboards to drive performance management
- Derive business insights from data with a focus on driving business level metrics
- 4 to 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Problem solving - Assess what data is required to prove hypotheses and derive actionable insights
- Analytical skills - Top notch excel skills are necessary
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Hands on with SQL, Hive, Excel and comfortable handling very large scale data.
- Ability to interact and convince business stakeholders.
- Experience working with web analytics platforms is an added advantage.
- Experimentative mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Advance SQL , MS Excel and Python or R is a must
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills.

- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
