Business Analyst Lead

Location-Navi Mumbai

Work condition- all 5 days WFO including alternate Saturdays as well- no WFH or Hybrid

JD-

• Domian- Corporate/internet banking, experience in web/mobile/API
• Requirement Gathering, Interview stakeholders, run workshops, and document functional and technical needs.
• Process Analysis: Map out "as-is" workflows and design optimized "to-be" processes to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to spot trends, build business cases, and track performance.
• Bridging the Gap: Translate technical jargon for business executives and business needs into user stories or specifications for developers.
• Project Oversight: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, assist in project planning, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage change
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of software development frameworks like Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira.
• Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and problem-solving abilities
