Required Skills
• 810 years of experience in Business Analysis / System Analysis.
• Strong Lending domain experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Banking domain experience will also be considered.
• Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Experience with functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of banking applications and business processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
