Business Analyst Lead(P&C insurance & Guidewire) _ Hyderabad/Pune

Job Description:

Exp 8-15 yrs

1. Lead requirements gathering and solution design for US benefits administration, covering health and welfare plans, open enrollment, life events, eligibility rules, and carrier integrations.
1. If you cant find someone with US Benefits experience, look for a BA from the US health insurance or payer domain. They will already know plan structures, eligibility and enrollment (including 834 EDI files), claims basics, and HIPAA compliance, which covers most of what benefits administration involves. The main gap is the employer-side view, such as life events, open enrollment workflows, and benefits plan configuration, and a strong BA can usually pick that up within a few weeks.
2. Turn complex client and regulatory needs (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA) into clear functional specifications, user stories, and configuration requirements for QA and Config teams.
3. Act as the main contact between onshore stakeholders, clients, and offshore delivery teams, managing priorities, scope, and UAT feedback so the team can focus on what matters most.
4. Mentor and guide a team of BAs, review their deliverables for quality and domain accuracy, and drive process improvements across the project lifecycle.

NOTE:

• Not from the BPO / Customer Service BG
• Must be MBA or B-Tech from B-School
• Great Communication skills min 8/10.
• From P&C insurance & Guidewire background is mandatory.
