Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, B2B Retail, and E-commerce. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, translating business needs into functional solutions, and working closely with engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements and prepare high-quality BRDs and functional specifications.
• Conduct client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, demos, and presentations for customers and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria, and functional workflows.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and functional designs to support product and application development.
• Work with Tech Leads, Architects, and Engineering Managers to define solution approaches, evaluate alternatives, and document technical decisions.
• Prepare detailed functional and integration design documents for development teams.
• Analyze solutions to identify bottlenecks, dependencies, risks, and non-functional requirements.
• Track and manage Epics, Features, and Stories using Jira or similar ticketing tools.
• Work closely with engineering and enterprise architecture teams to align solutions with the overall enterprise technology vision.
• Support scope/change management, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and business decision-making.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify insights, improvement opportunities, and potential business value.
• Support pre-sales and marketing activities, including solution presentations, customer demonstrations, and proposal discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, B2B Retail, or E-commerce.
• Strong understanding of SDLC for web and mobile applications, including Retail, Manufacturing, ERP, and Supply Chain solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments with strong knowledge of Scrum practices.
• Hands-on experience in BRD, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process documentation.
• Experience with SaaS-based platforms; exposure to AEM, Intershop, and Dell Boomi is preferred.
• Experience with Retail/E-commerce, BOM, ERP, and Salesforce applications.
• Strong customer, stakeholder, and team communication skills, including negotiation and scope-change management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective IT solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce, AEM, Intershop, Dell Boomi, ERP, and Supply Chain platforms.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, and customer demonstrations.
• Understanding of business/data analytics and identifying opportunities from data insights.
• Experience working with enterprise architecture and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
