Analyze business processes and translate business needs into clear actionable requirements for enterprise applications Partner with business and technology teams to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and support Agile delivery
Key Responsibilities
Elicit analyze and document business and functional requirements
Create user stories use cases process models and acceptance criteria
Conduct gap analysis costbenefit analysis and process improvement assessments
Support requirements throughout design development testing and implementation
Collaborate with business stakeholders Product Owners Developers and QA teams
Ensure requirements are complete traceable and testable

Strong stakeholder management facilitation and documentation skills
Understanding of data models application dependencies and system architecture
AI Requirements
Minimum 30 hours of handson Claude usage Claudeai and Claude CLI in project delivery
Demonstrated use of AI in a real project
Understanding of prompting context management hallucinations and AI output validation
Preferred Insurance Retail and Claims domain experience ability to present a delivered project during interviews and familiarity with Allianz Technology AZT processes and systems
