Business Analyst - ITBM

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ITBM initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Support IT portfolio, project, demand, resource, and financial management processes.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
• Coordinate with technical/development teams for solution implementation.
• Support UAT, defect tracking, and business sign-offs.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project/status updates.

Required Skills

• 6 to 9 years of overall Business Analyst experience.
• Strong experience in ITBM / IT Business Management.
• Good understanding of project, portfolio, demand, resource, and/or financial management processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, process mapping, and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
