About The Role We are looking for a motivated and skilled

IT Business Analyst with an understanding of mobile and web application development projects. This opportunity is open to

freshers, candidates with internship experience, and experienced professionals with up to 3 years of relevant experience . The ideal candidate should have knowledge of requirement gathering, business analysis, project documentation, and coordination with cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, documentation, requirement analysis, wireframing, or productivity is mandatory. Key Responsibilities

• Define and analyze business requirements and propose suitable solutions for web and mobile application projects.
• Handle requirement gathering, proposal writing, client discussions, and project documentation.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS documents, UML diagrams, use-case diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD).
• Conduct project scope analysis, feature extraction, and effort estimation.
• Manage and support the project discovery phase, including wireframes and functional documentation.
• Coordinate with development, design, sales, and digital marketing teams to ensure project alignment.
• Track project progress and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities, including requirement analysis, solution discussions, and proposal preparation.
• Support post-sales activities and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Use AI tools to improve requirement analysis, research, documentation, proposal creation, and overall productivity.
• Coordinate with global clients and teams across different time zones when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Freshers, candidates with relevant internship experience, and professionals with up to 3 years of experience are eligible to apply.
• Understanding or experience in Business Analysis, preferably within IT services, mobile application development, or web development.
• Knowledge of BRD, FRD, SRS, and other business analysis documentation processes.
• Understanding of requirement gathering, business analysis, and solution analysis.
• Good understanding of UML diagrams, use cases, DFDs, wireframes, and functional documentation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and flexibility to work across different time zones when required.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Lovable, or similar AI-powered tools is mandatory. Who Can Apply?
