Business Analyst Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Capture, validate, document business and system requirements, ensuring they are in line with key strategic principles and translated from business operations, business objectives, or from external requirements
• Create and maintain documentation such as process documentation, release notes, training material, as well as supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders
• Assisting in creating Test plan, acceptance criteria and carry out functional testing
• Draft current and future state process flow with swim lanes and without swim lanes.
• Strong understanding of business processes, customer journey and business requirements
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, SQL knowledge preferred
• Figma experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Jira
• Strong understanding of Agile Methodology
• Project management methodologies understanding is a plus
  

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data or related field

Proficient in BRD, FRD,Gap Analysis, Business Analysis,Process mapping,UML and Documentation Skills.
