We build business solutions for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and

Ayurvedic manufacturers. These solutions cover the whole business,

from sourcing raw materials and herbs to production, QA/QC, batch

release, stores, dispatch, and accounts. To solve real problems, we

need people who understand how these businesses actually run.

If you have studied or worked in this industry and want to help

businesses fix their problems, this role is for you. You will bring your

industry knowledge. We will train you to turn business problems into

working solutions on ERPNext, our open-source business software

platform.

Who Should Apply

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• BAMS / MD Ayurveda / B.Pharm (Ayurveda), or other relevant

AYUSH fields

• B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science &

Nutrition, or Dairy Technology

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology,

Biochemistry, or other relevant life-science fields

• MBA / Commerce graduates with hands-on pharma,

nutraceutical, or Ayurveda industry experience

Big plus: Industry experience or exposure in any area, such as

production, QA/QC, stores, purchase, regulatory, or dispatch. This

includes internships and industrial training.

What You Will Do

• Understand prospect and client entities (plants, offices,

warehouses) and how they operate

• Identify business problems and gather requirements from owners,

managers, and plant staff

• Map business processes, from raw material and herb sourcing to

production, QA/QC release, and dispatch

• Design and configure solutions on ERPNext (items, formulations/

BOMs, batches and expiry, quality inspections, workflows)

• Act as the bridge between the client and our development team
• Test solutions, write documentation, and train end users

Required Skills

• Understanding of pharma, nutraceutical, or Ayurveda industry

processes (from education or experience)

• Good working knowledge and comfort with computers
• Clear communication, both verbal and written
• Analytical thinking and curiosity to improve how businesses work
• Willingness to travel to client locations

Good to Have

• Exposure to any business software (SAP, Tally, Marg, or any ERP

/ inventory system)

• Familiarity with GMP, batch records (BMR/BPR), or regulatory

requirements (Drug License, AYUSH, FSSAI)
