Responsibilities :

• Own analytics for retention, growth, and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets to derive insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and engagement patterns.
• Build dashboards, reports, and models to track KPIs and program performance.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design targeting strategies and measure campaign - efficacy.
• Partner with leadership to drive growth hypotheses, test experiments (A/B testing, cohorts), and deliver measurable impact.
• Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously explore opportunities for improving retention levers, loyalty, and repeat usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech from a premier institution (IIT / NIT/ BIT).
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in analytics, preferably in fintech, ecommerce, or consumer tech.
• Must have experience in A/B testing
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and automation.
• Solid foundation in logical reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Must have experience in Fintech/Payments industry
