Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Talent Acquisition tools and HRMS platforms. You will work with HR and technology teams to gather requirements, streamline recruitment and onboarding processes, and drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories) for TA and HRMS initiatives
• Work closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to translate business needs into functional solutions
• Support configuration, enhancement, and implementation of ATS/RCM and HRMS platforms
• Map and optimize end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Conduct gap analysis, UAT planning, and testing support; manage defects through closure
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on integrations, releases, and change management
• Create reports, dashboards, and insights on hiring metrics and process performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on HR technology
• Hands-on experience with Talent Acquisition tools and HRMS platforms such as RCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, iCIMS, Taleo, or similar
• Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, background verification, offer management, and HR operations
• Proven skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or SDLC methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Excel; knowledge of SQL or reporting tools is a plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

Preferred

• Experience with system integrations (e.g., ATS to HRMS, payroll)
• Certification in CBAP, Agile, or any HRMS platform
