About this role
Join our dynamic sales and operations team and work with a leading US-based MNC in data, analytics, and AI. Your role will be critical in handling support queries, resolving issues, and driving revenue growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and track JIRA tickets and KTLO issues raised by GTM teams.
- Run prioritisation sessions with the GTM team.
- Work with IT on a unified ticket list, confirming the deliverables.
- Ensure tickets are groomed and sprint-ready.
- Triage and oversee ad-hoc GTM requests across multiple stakeholders.
- Lead weekly alignment meetings with GTM and IT.
- Build and maintain the dashboards, workflows, and tracking tools.
- Report to the manager on progress, blockers, and completed work.
- Serve as the main contact for requests and governance.
What We’re Looking For: ✔ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, Sales Ops. ✔ 1+ year in Salesforce or other CRM tool (mandatory) with hands-on execution in reporting, workflows, or sales processes. ✔ Expertise with JIRA (administration, workflows, dashboards, backlog management). ✔ Strong analytical abilities with experience in reporting/metrics tracking. ✔ Strong project management skills are essential. ✔ Basic coding understanding and the ability to build dashboards. ✔ Excellent communication in English, ability to make presentations, and stakeholder management skills. ✔ Bachelor's degree. 👉 If you're a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, we'd love to hear from you! #Hiring #SalesOps #BusinessGrowth #OperationsExcellence #GTM
