Business Analyst - Freshers

Role & responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases & Acceptance Criteria
• Create process flows, workflows, and basic wireframes
• Coordinate with clients, development, QA, and project teams
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with end users
• Manage requirement changes and maintain project documentation
• Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and training materials
• Conduct end-user training sessions and demonstrations
• Ensure the final solution meets defined business requirements

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Engineering / Computer Science or related field
• Freshers to 2 years of relevant experience
• Academic projects or internships in Business Analysis / Requirement Gathering / Software Projects will be considered
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, UAT, BRD, FRD & User Stories
• Basic knowledge of Jira / Azure DevOps is preferred
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work with cross-functional teams
