Business Analyst _ Fresher

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst with good communication, client-handling, and coordination skills. Freshers with an interest in IT services, client communication, proposal preparation, and online freelancing platforms are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and project needs.
• Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and professional email communication.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand client requirements.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
• Support Upwork activities, including identifying project opportunities and preparing proposals.
• Maintain client information, project trackers, and documentation.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel, MS Word, and WPS Office.
• Support pre-sales activities and business development coordination.
• Be flexible to work occasional night shifts and rotational weekends based on business requirements.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good client-handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of IT services and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, or AWS is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Upwork, online bidding, or freelancing platforms is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and WPS Office.
• Ability to prepare professional emails, proposals, and reports.
• Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
