Business Analyst (Finance)

Role Overview We are looking for

Finance Experts with strong domain knowledge and analytical skills to collaborate with our researchers in improving the performance of AI models. This is a unique opportunity to apply your finance expertise across areas such as corporate finance, investment banking, accounting, FP&A, private equity, and consulting, while contributing to the advancement of AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Evaluate model outputs in finance-related tasks and identify gaps where models do not perform well.
• Develop rubrics and structured assessments for specialized areas (e.g., deal analysis, M&A assessments, investment scenarios).
• Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to design training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks. - Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, FP&A, accounting, or financial consulting.
• Qualifications: CFA (Level I/II/III) cleared, or CA/CPA/MBA in Finance preferred. Candidates with relevant on-job experience and training will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts (corporate finance, investment analysis, asset management, risk management, etc.) within your domain of expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Offer Details

• Duration: ~1 month, with potential extension based on performance and project needs.
