Job description Work location Client office in Vadodara Gujarat in WFO setup Business Analyst Engineering Analytics EPC Domain Role Summary Seeking a Business Analyst with strong EPC domain exposure with higher weightage on engineering to support dashboard and analytics development on a modern technology stack The role requires close collaboration with engineering stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable dashboard solutions Key Responsibilities Work with engineering project controls and operations teams to understand EPC requirements and KPIs Elicit analyse and document requirements related to engineering dashboards and analytics Translate requirements into functional specs user stories KPI definitions and dashboard mockups Act as a bridge between business engineering and technical teams Support dashboard development validation UAT and stakeholder walkthroughs Ensure dashboards meet expectations for accuracy usability and performance Required Skills Experience Strong Business Analysis experience preferably in data dashboarddriven programs EPC domain experience with solid understanding of engineering workflows and metrics Ability to understand technical concepts and data structures Working knowledge of BI dashboarding tools Power BI Tableau or similar Good understanding of data concepts such as KPIs measures dimensions and calculations Preferred Experience with engineering or project dashboards Exposure to modern data and analytics platforms Prior experience working as part of a technical delivery team Skills
